NexKartBD is an online shopping platform operated as NexKartBD (NexKartBD). Customers can browse local and internationally sourced products and place orders for delivery in Bangladesh.
Product information and prices / পণ্যের তথ্য ও মূল্য
Read the product description, selected variant, quantity, shipping origin and estimated delivery time before ordering. All product prices, discounts, delivery charges and checkout totals are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Review the final total before confirming.
Orders and payment / অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Use the payment methods available at checkout. An online payment is confirmed only after verification by the payment provider. Cash on Delivery is available where offered at checkout. Contact support if money is deducted but confirmation is missing; include your order/payment reference.
Delivery and cancellation / ডেলিভারি ও বাতিল
The delivery estimate shown on each product applies to that product. See the Delivery Policy for general timelines. Contact support as soon as possible to request a cancellation; support will check the order and shipment status and explain the available options. If an order cannot be fulfilled, contact support regarding the payment and refund.
Returns, refunds and complaints / রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও অভিযোগ
Damage or a mismatch with the ordered product must be supported by valid evidence. See the Return & Refund Policy for the five-day refund terms and seller-paid return shipping when the seller is at fault. Contact support using your order ID for any complaint.
Acceptance / সম্মতি
At checkout you must actively accept these Terms & Conditions, the Return & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy before placing an order or starting payment. Changes will be published on these pages with an updated policy version; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
