Product-specific estimates / পণ্যভেদে সময়
প্রতিটি পণ্যে আলাদাভাবে দেওয়া Estimated Delivery সময়ই সেই পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। The delivery time displayed on the product page is the applicable estimate for that product. Different products in an order may have different delivery estimates.
International products / আন্তর্জাতিক পণ্য
আন্তর্জাতিক পণ্যে সাধারণত ২১–২৯ দিন লাগে। International deliveries generally take 21–29 days. Check the product page for its specific estimate and shipping origin.
Domestic products / দেশীয় পণ্য
দেশীয় পণ্যে সাধারণত ২–৩ দিন অথবা ৬–৭ দিন লাগে; পণ্যে দেওয়া সময় দেখুন। Domestic deliveries generally take 2–3 days or 6–7 days, depending on the product. The estimate listed on the product page takes precedence.
Charges and address / চার্জ ও ঠিকানা
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before order confirmation and are payable in BDT. Provide a complete address and reachable mobile number. Review the delivery fee and total for the selected quantity before placing your order.
Delays and delivery issues / বিলম্ব ও সমস্যা
Delivery estimates may be affected by transport, customs processing for international shipments, holidays or other disruptions. Contact support with your order ID for assistance with a delayed or missing delivery. Inspect the delivered product and report any damage or mismatch promptly under the Return & Refund Policy.
